make your pc as server

1. download wampserver
http://www.wampserver.com/en/download.php
now install wampserver2.0 and use your any email in it, it will only ask email 1 time after installation.
3.click in STARTmanu>Programs>wampserver> start wampserver
4. now you will an icon on bottom right corner in monitor.
click 1 time left button of mouse on that icon, then PHP>PHP EXTENSION>PHP_OPENSSL
5. paste php file to a folder, and then copy the copy the folder and paste in
C:\wamp\www\
6. now open web browser and open http://localhost/
